Thank you. The Caspian .38 Super remains a sentimental favorite, as I built it from the ground up. While all of them have gone on to different owners, I still consider them to be my 'children'. I retain visitation rights, but it was a lot easier to visit them when I was still living in SC.
I got to briefly see the Caspian again this Spring during a short visit. I still regret never touching up the bead blasting on the frame after checkering, and the polish of the slide flats could use some TLC as well. However, the 30lpi checkering is still sharp, and the owner insists that the action remains just as sweet as the day I last touched it. The photos of the Caspian were taken last year.
