I, too, have a Mountain Gun though mine's in .45 Colt. I nearly sold the thing about a year ago, but after shooting it extensively now, I'm so glad I didn't. Love it for in the hunting field and cleanly put a nice whitetail doe on the table with it last season using a handloaded XTP.
The darned things just grow on you!
