I am looking for some information. I recently purchased two olive drab cans(sealed ) of AP M2 ammo. They have printed on the cans: 432 cartridges, cal 30 APMS, clips / bandoleers, Lot Den C 15XXX. I also have an unsealed smaller can containing 11 boxes, of 20 rds. each with label stating Armor Piercing, Lot SL 7230, St. Louis. These 20 rd boxes are unopened and sealed still. Could someone tell me what they are worth? I have someone who wants to buy them, but he hasn't told me what he would pay for them yet. Thanks.

gumfighter,

Well, first, your ammo was made during WW2 and is corrosive. I have been buying 8 round clips of non-corrosive AP for $2.50. Your sealed cans would contain 54 clips of ammo plus the bandoliers. Hope that is of some help.
