I had to look it up. I must admit I didn't know "heeled" is slang for "armed".Well, if you've never been to the dance you don't appreciate the fact people don't know you're heeled.
Seems a few more SamAlaska, New Mexico and Arizona are 3 states that do not require a license to carry open or concealed. They do provide licenses so their citizens may carry in reciprocal states.
Back in 1996 Texas became a licensed concealed carry state. Back in 2017 it became a licensed carry state, open or concealed; your choice. Rifles and shotguns are not regulated even though some cities try.

Having read a few of your "responses" thus far...If all the folks in your state are as abrasive as you I think I'll pass on visiting regardless how gun friendly it may be.
