Well, if you've never been to the dance you don't appreciate the fact people don't know you're heeled.

Alaska, New Mexico and Arizona are 3 states that do not require a license to carry open or concealed. They do provide licenses so their citizens may carry in reciprocal states.

Back in 1996 Texas became a licensed concealed carry state. Back in 2017 it became a licensed carry state, open or concealed; your choice. Rifles and shotguns are not regulated even though some cities try.
Seems a few more Sam

When combined, the Open Carry Law and Purse Carry Law provides Mississippi citizens with the right to "openly carry" a pistol or revolver, including in a sheath or holster that is only partially visible, and the right to "conceal carry" a pistol or revolver in an enclosed bag, completely concealed from view.Jul 17, 2015

CaptainGyro,

"Heeled" is a 19th Century common euphemism for "armed" & which has "come back" into common use in the last few years, mainly because "Westerns", "horse oprys" & "oaters" are popular once more..

Ya'll need to remember I'm in my 80s and grew up in West Texas. To this day I sit with my back to the wall and an eye on the doorways. My Grandmother raised me and she saw some of the harder times. Her father was murdered by a carpetbagger.

Why is it that when Constitutional Carry is cited, people seem to forget Vermont?
Vermont has been a Constitutional Carry State since inception.
No permits required to carry openly or concealed.
Never has been, never will be.

Now, we have New Hampshire and Maine added to the rolls of Constitutional Carry States too!

Oh and your guns from your States are all welcome here in Vermont as well!
No permits required while you're in my state friends!

If all the folks in your state are as abrasive as you I think I'll pass on visiting regardless how gun friendly it may be.

csmkersh,

I too sit with my back to the wall & watching the door for "problems", in the so-called "gunfighter's seat". - You are WISE, imVho.

Ok kids play nice. And after posting your cute little gif with Jim Carey flipping the bird, I think that negates your right to report harassment.
