Best .22 survival/SHTF rifle?

What make and model would get your vote as the best choice for someone looking to add a .22 rifle or carbine to their SHTF battery? I think the Marlin Model 60 would make a fine choice, and someone on a tight budget could do worse than to choose the Mossberg Plinkster or one of the little Savage...

Hi Guys,:help: New member here looking for some Help with my Rem 552 rimfire, Been a great little gun for a while but past few times its now started jamming every 4th or 5th shot, When it does jam it picks up the round only part way and the action comes forward on the side of the brass instead...
