I don't mind that they didn't charge him with "car-jacking" as long as they charged him with attempted murder for pulling the trigger. I guess they didn't do that either.

Supreme Court says carjacker must take car to be guilty

SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court ruled Monday that, to be guilty of carjacking, a thief or accomplice must actually drive the vehicle.
