That was front page news here yesterday and is to the best of my knowledge an accurate report.
It was fairly common knowledge that ATF had turned up some discrepancies but all that was really hearsay. I met them at the NRA show here and they had lots of cool surplus and were selling PPSHs that were reportedly semi-auto conversions approved by ATF. Was tempted but did not buy...
