I get to Paris fairly regularly, and I can tell you that this is not the state of affairs in the main part of the city. These videos must have been taken in a suburb with a high concentration of Muslim citizens and/or immigrants.
If you stroll around downtown Paris and along the Seine, you'd swear that the city is being taken over by the Japanese (and they're armed with selfie sticks).
