Was Zimmermann "The Aggressor?" The argument made is Private Property. Zimmermann was IN a gated community. There had been a lot of break-ins and thefts. Zimmermann started to follow a suspicious character, called the police, was returning to his vehicle WITHOUT confronting Travon Martin, who despite the carefully provided pictures from a known Terrorist Organization the "New Black Panther Party" the military / political wing of the Nation of Islam, Martin was FOUR inches taller than Zimmerman and attacked Zimmerman from BEHIND. Zimmermann was lucky to have survived.
Pictures of Martin's body have not been released. The Z defense wants to inspect them for gang tattoos.
The Z defense team also wants evidence used to suspend Martin from public school.
At least one Talk Show Host in FL wants to know if Martin was being recruited by the NBPP and if to "make his bones" he had to sucker Zimmermann, beat him up and take his gun.
