Back in the saddle again
After twenty some years without a bike I'm back in the saddle again.
Always had motorcycles around when I was in high school, a Kawasaki 900 Z1 was my only means of transportation while I was in the Navy.
Got married, had kids, priorities changed but the kids are grown and priorities changed again. (OK, mid-life crisis!)
It just suddenly came over me that I needed a bike again. Now normally I'm the type that researches every major purchase but not this time. Went to a couple of shops and checked out the merchandise. Dropped by the Suzuki dealer and saw a Volusia Limited Edition on the floor and knew I had to have it. Wrote a check and drove it home. Boy was the wife surprised. That was a few weeks ago and she's still surprised.
