Gents, my gal lives in Toronto, and here's what she had to say when I sent a sympathetic note about it. (She was also on vacation with relatives in the backcountry, and had recently gone rifle shooting for the first time.)
"Yep, my suspitions that it was co-ordinated in some way shape or form too. He received a Hero's welcome upon entering Parliament the next morning, and the whole country feels the man is a hero - and he's so humble about it he was almost teary-eyed when the heads of all three parties in Parliament came over to shake his hand and give him a hug in thanks.
"We may have been shaken, but will not fold under the pressure. What these extremists don't seem to realise that with all the people they murder, there won't be any room left in Heaven for them when they're finally put down like they deserve. Hope they like heat... *lol*
