Just by coincidence, they found and confiscated several Freedom of Information documents the accused's wife, a Washington Times reporter, happened to have in the house.

I read this the other day. Sure would like to read the affidavit for the warrant...see just what items were listed as objects of the search warrant.

A warrant for a search has to be specific about the item(s) that are the subject of the search. If you're looking for a stolen television, you can't open a kitchen drawer looking for one.

The agents were doing, I guess, as there were instructed. Whoever gave those instructions should be accountable, not the worker bees.

It might even be possible to sidestep an issue and become a College President. Maybe even an Ambasador.
