GCA68 was worthless when it passed & in 50 years it's still WORTHLESS.

Personally, I believe that the law AND the NFA should be repealed & replaced with NOTHING.

Let the STATES decide what is important in each of our own jurisdictions,

A truly strict read would kill both Federal and State, as opposed to 1A which was clearly written as Federal intent only: "CONGRESS shall make no law" as opposed to "There shall be no law made".

No lawyer here either, just a simple historian who actually knows how to read Primary Source materials which so many JD's obviously cannot.
