I didn't even think Photoshop; I thought they were balloons. I certainly don't think they are real.

I agree with Tim. Photoshop or Paintshop weren't needed for that pic. Just two balloons and a gal with a sense of humor.

Never know ... they could be real ---- heck, there are strippers who have mammoth implants (Wendy Whoopers, Missy Mounds etc....) or I remember being in High School and a girl who was a year ahead of us had to go have reduction surgery because she was only 5'0" tall, 22" waist and wore a 44E bra.
