One witness to the shooting rampage at Hollywood and Vine says the shooter was shouting Alahu Akbar. No reporter highlighted this; no reporter asked any other witness about this report; the media apparently refuses to even address this.

Seems to me that this would strongly indicate motive.

The White House has indicated that the Ft Hood shootings were "workplace violence", not terrorism. :ek:

fyi, it's 1520 on saturday 10DEC11 & WOAI radio news just said that "NBC News states that the Hollywood shooting is NOT a terrorist incident."

aren't you GLAD to hear that the press is so SURE & that they say that there is no reason to further investigate "the unfortunate incident"?

Yeah, I just got this myself. While I'm glad this wasn't another Ft Hood, I apologize for jumping the gun on this. I found the news video of witness interviews strange in that they included the Asian gentleman stating that he heard the gunman shout "Alahu Akbar" but didn't address it any further.

My absolute distrust for the MSM is showing...:ek:

So far, one witness, a Filipino, has him shouting "Allahu akbar!" Perhaps his perception was influenced by having witnessed a similar incident back home; perhaps other witnesses did not recognize the phrase. The southern islands of the Philippines are predominantly Muslim and this sort of incident occurs from time to time in that country. When one has the freedom to maneuver a vehicle, it will normally make a more powerful weapon than a firearm. However, I have repeatedly made the point that the value of ammunition that performs well after being fired through vehicle windows - for most of us - is more likely to be proven firing out of a vehicle than into one.
