horse racing and training help.

I would like to know if there is anyone who would like to work with race horses and help get our horses racing? I have found that it takes a speicial person who can handle these hot blooded type horses and need to be able to understand what is going on with them. I also reschool horses for barrel racing and other events. Why is it hard to find someone who can do more than ride a broke horse now a days? These kids seem to be so untrained and uneducated on how to handle any type of horse. :?: Thanks didadance
