Had to repair a line from our house to our septic last Saturday.
That was the highlight of the Obama administration for me. :ek:
Unfortunately, the MSM is going to be fawning over that egomaniacal megalomaniac, making sure they are right there when he breaks wind so they can report on how sweet and refreshing it smells, that we won't ever hear the end of him.

They say that every new president has a "honeymoon" with the media and his is likely to be short.
The key will be when they stop simply reporting what he does and begin to editorialize.
Another key will be how much time they give to protests should those continue.
As an aside what possible effect will the protests have?

Don't get me wrong, I was no supporter of Trump and remain watchful. Still - and I don't know whether that actually helped him - I can't say that he's been given a fair shake by the media, particularly in the light of all the passes that they gave WJC and BHO.
...I'd hate to see the run-up to the divorce.

Meanwhile, it appears that we're witnessing the evolution of the Democratic Party into a female-only (or at least female-dominated) organization. It was the female vote that put both Bill Clinton and Barack Obama over the top, and this weekend's tantrums over the failure of Hillary's coronation were overwhelmingly estrogen-driven.

I've invented a term for it: Trumpphobia. It is functionally identical to racism, xenophopia, homophobia, or any other kind of unjustified hatred.
Used in a sentence: "Oh, stop being so Trumpphobic. Why do you have to be so hateful?" I figure I'll be using this three or four times a day, at least.
