Increasing evidence Charley only a Category 3. . . .

With all due respect to the deceased and devastated, it is beginning to appear that many more structures are left intact in the devastated areas of Florida that are giving some relief to the minds of people in those communities. Despite the incredible devastation that did occur, this storm was not only much smaller in diameter than Andrew (Category 5 - 1992), but perhaps not a Category 4 at all, which would have done far more damage.

Let's hope and pray for those that were devastated, and give what we can.
