April 22nd 1971 John Kerry testifies before the Senate winter soldier investigation panel. There he admits to comitting war atrocities violating articles of the Geneva convention. Was a criminal investigation ever done on him regarding the confessions that he made before this senate panel? "NO" Many people accused him of lying before the senate. Where charges ever brought to bear for him lying to the Senate if his allegations we're false? "NO"
May 1970 John Kerry travels to Paris and meets with Madame Nguyen Thi Binh a communist north Vietnamese representative to the paris peace talks. U.S. code 18 U.S.G. Declares it illegal for a U.S. citizen to go abroad and negotiate with a foreign power. Was he ever brought up on charges? "NO" He has repeatedly attacked President george Bush over the abuses at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraqi, yet if his 1971 confessions are true he is a self admitted war criminal guilty of violating articles of the Geneva convention. Should a man like this even be a member of the U.S. Senate? Of course not. In Hanoi there is a museum dedicated to the foreign activities of people that helped communist Vietnam defeat America. Is Jane Fonda's picture there? "NO" although Jonh Kerrys picture is. He's seen shaking the hand of a Vietnamese communist official. I could write a book about his involvement with world wide communist tyrants, but no one would listen.
