...if the FBI - under Holder's DOJ - will do the video enhancement to make such an identification.
What I do note is that arrogance of an increasing number of thugs in having associates video their crimes - something that I hope comes back to haunt them in court.

spwenger, I have also noticed people in "demonstrations" (Notably the Anarchists) videoing themselves breaking windows and throwing bottles at police.
I think they miss the point of the "have a camera to tape the police" idea. They also don't consider there to be anything wrong with their activities. Hell, I read the NY Post comment board and some people were complaining that the NY Police Ambusher was not taken alive, and said that meant the Police were evil racists, etc. etc.
The police ambusher in question ran into a nearby hiding place after the ambush and shot themselves before any other police arrived.
We're dealing with the mentally deranged. The problem is that the ranks of the deranged, and their enablers, include our government and our chief media editors.
There was a big epidemic of police ambushes in the 1970s. I really hope we don't end up back there. I have always found it fascinating that it was the 1970s, when most of the "movement" goals of getting the US out of Vietnam and in terms of Civil Rights had been met, that the splinter groups of the violent type got really insane.

It's a good thing people elected a black president, think how much worse it would be if we had white racist instead of a black racist. I think a lot of people who voted for Obama thought it would bring about better race relations. Instead thanks to him and Eric Holder things have gotten worse.

Did you ever notice that in virtually every picture made of him, including his High School graduation picture, he's wearing something red?
That's because "The Gentle Giant" was a very proud member of the Bloods street gang.
Nice young men do not belong to the Bloods.

Exactly the point and spot-on! Toss in a couple of "Reverends'" of hate and discord and we have the current status of our nation...

ImVho, as a "non-white person" (for those here who don't know, I'm a "half-breed".), "race relations" have gotten NOTHING BUT WORSE under the regime of BHO & his coven of leftist kooks, HATERS, fools, creeps, nitwits, idiots, perverts, wierdos & just plain common criminals.
BHO & his ilk have set back REAL EQUALITY back by 5-6 decades.

Looks like a typical slug who needs a .45 for lunch.As too is it MB hard to say the cloths make him look 6' at best and as by reports was about 6'4".The old man almost looks taller than the thug but then could be a illusion brought on again by the cloths.

I don't know if the Bloods membership was brought up in the grand jury, I'm not certain what bearing that might have on the facts of the case.
I also hear that Brown had a lengthy (sealed) juvenile criminal record, and have heard he had something like 3 serious arrests in just the last year of his life.
He was apparently a street thug who was used to using his size and strength to do or take whatever he wanted.
It was just that this time he tried to muscle a gun and it didn't work out.
