Friday Congress should have gone into summer recess. That might have meant the death of the AWB. But the 9.11 Commission's report has caused Congress to plan on a rare August session. Senator Fineswine is still looking for a bill to hang her amendment on. So far Majority Leader Frist has succeeded in keeping her bottled up in this effort. Who knows what will happen with the Senators rush to go fishing?
