Got a set of these for my M-19 this Christmas. Finally put them on today.

Wow! I LOVE these things. They fit my hand almost perfectly. BIG improvement over the target stocks that came on the gun. They're smooth, no checkering, but anchor pretty solid in my hand. And pretty to boot. Gonna shoot with'em tomorrow, Good Lord willin' and the creek don't rise.

If you're looking for replacement grips for a K frame Smith, round or square butt, give these a look. At about $60 bucks from Brownell's, they're a little pricey, but no more so than a lot of wood Hogues (I assume they make these - they are one peice with the same stirrup-and-screw mount).

Yeah, fast and accurate--that's the ticket!!:D

I'm lightheaded with awe already...;)
Lightheaded I believe. :D

Give me a break, guys! I bought'em cause the S&W target grips, while pretty, were too big for me, not 'cause I thought the Jerry grips were magic.

Besides, I like Jerry. I wouldn't want to show him up. ;)

Hummm...sounds like a comparo test coming up...who has the Jordan gunfighters in our favorite Irishman's size?
Geoff
Who never owned an M-19, hey I got outbid thrice and settled for a Ruger SS 4" HB.
Hell, Skeptic, your Ruger'll eat .357 loads all day long and not even notice.
Ya gotta baby a 19 a little, and save the heavy stuff for familiarization and "serious social purposes".

Let an S&W fanboi see that and he'll probably go 'Glock' all over you. AIUI, the L-frame is the K-frame grown up and is supposed to be able to take a full diet of .357s. Remember S&W's response to Ruger's GP-100 'Hamburger' ads? ;)

I was by Terry's digs yesterday, and got to check out his M19 w/Miculek grips. They are really nice! Besides a great feel, they are compact for good concealment.
Sadly, we didn't get to shoot--which was sad, since my trigger finger started trying to twitch at a cyclic rate of about 700rpm, and Terry really liked my 1917 revolver, but hopefully another day...

I very barely remember the ads, but not in enough detail....

One of the advantages to the Ruger is that it makes a much better impact weapon than the S&W if that should become necessary.

I wish my Google-Fu was up to finding those old ads; they were great fun!
