FL still has to NICS because our CCW is not issued by Law Enforcement, but by the Dept. of Agriculture.

It used to be that way in Oregon, but they changed it. I have permits from two states and a C&R FFL. I still have to do the background check unless I am buying a C&R.

I like that WV passed it; I love that they overrode the Governor's veto to do it. I really love that the 1st vote to override was the day after the veto, and the day after that it was completed.
