I've seen these guys get shot at, set on fire. and assaulted, but they never call the cops. I wonder why not?

I can't imagine much of it not being staged, although some of the targets looked legitimately teed off and reacted accordingly.

And NYC boys don't have a thing on these guys when they want to trigger a fracas with an insult...
