Nice pic Powerkicker, including that "evil" bayonet! I still haven't gotten around to picking up a new flashhider to replace my neutered one, but, I will. I also like that stock, some very nice wood.

BAYONET COMMENT

Shure glad to see the ban on bayonets gone.

I haven't heard of any "drive-by bayonettings" yet, maybe the bad guys haven't heard the restriction has ended.

OH SORRY!, that was the US CONGRESS not the perps!

Snipe: go into your profile and make sure you click the "Yes" button next to "Always allow BBCode". Alternatively, you must uncheck "Disable BBCode in this post' on your reply console. Do either of those things and the procedure for posting pics is the same. Just place the URL between the [ img ] [ /img ] tags.

Please check the Image posting guidelines and resize the image to fit within those parameters, before posting.

The rifle above is a Smith Enterprise Polytech in a stock painted by Karsten. Exellent accuracy.

This rifle is an M1A "redone" with all Springfield Armory parts (the barrel is H&R) she shoots like a dream and so far have had no problems whatsoever out of her and she's over 2 yrs old with well over 2K rounds through the barrel. She also sports a "new" flash hider with evil bayonet lug. She sits in a custom stock by Karsten.

Skullboy,

Very cool on the digital camo. 2 questions: I thought Canucks could not have "big" mags? Was told last I drove the Alcan I could only bring a 10 round maximum mag.

Second, what is hanging off the bottom of the mag?

Bruiser,

Did Squid(something) do the lightning job?

For semi-auto centerfire rifles, Canadian law allows us 5 rounds only, and 10 for handguns.

The mag in my M14 is internally blocked to take only 5 rounds. :?

A standard capacity mag in Canada is deemed a prohibited weapon.

That is a Magpul on the bottom of the mag.It is a synthetic rubber loop that allows your to easily remove your mag from a pouch/vest/pocket.

More info here:

http://www.magpul.com/

The Camo patterns are AR CADPAT (Desert), and Temperate CADPAT used by the Canadian Army.
