Your post was a little hard to read, but I believe this is the company you're talking about:

I have no experience with them, but perhaps someone else will be able to offer some.

A few years ago when I was researching the same products the Sadlak mounts seemed to be the gold standard (and probably still are). I have one mounted on an M1A and have been very happy with it:

If I'm not mistaken, your Scout already has a built-in rail forward of the action. Why not mount a long-eye relief scope on that rail? That's what I did on my Socom and I really like it. With the forward mounted scope the Scout/Socom rifles pretty much fulfill all of Jeff Cooper's requirements for his Scout Rifle concept, with the exception that they are semi-auto instead of bolt action...a distinction I find not to be much of an issue, and in some ways an advantage:
