It will be in November to coincide with the Southwest Western Writers Association Conference. It will probably be the intense 4 day class so look at 9 hours a day divided between the legal lectures and firearms training.
Right now he is looking at using the Sierra Vista range because of the new classroom being constructed on the range facility.

One of his assistant instructors lives in Sierra Vista and is making the arrangements.
Contacts and information will be forthcoming at Trailboss Outfitters in Sierra Vista. The Ft. Huachuca Sportsman's Center,
Spangenbergs in Tombstone, 2nd Ammendment Guns in Bisbee, Arizona Saddle Blanket Company in Benson, Thunder Mountain Custom Rifles in Sierra Vista, Tucson Guns and Western Artifacts in Tucson, Diamondback Police Supply in Tucson.

The Cochise County Sheriff's Department, Sierra Vista PD, Huachuca City PD, Bisbee PD, Benson PD, Tucson P D, Pima Sheriff's Dept, Tombstone Marshall's and All Federal Agencies including the Ft. Huachuca M Police will be included in the information list.

You may also register by I M'ing me. We will ask bikerRN and Phil to be assistant instructors.

The cost of an LFI is $900. and is payable to Massad Ayoob but don't send any money untill we have the dates settled.

You must bring 500 rounds of handgun ammunition, you own meals, and note taking tablets.

It goes fast. Never a dull moment.

The cost of an LFI is $900.
One of the few genuine bargains left in today's world. You'll never regret one dime of it. I have never heard an LFI grad say he or she didn't get their money's worth.

I wish I had the $900 bones. Also, anyone down here from out of the state should look into getting thier AZ non res permit, too. Easy and cheap.
No including of DOC in the LE list? We even have two Complexes relatively close, Douglas and Safford. Oris that for something else? I have a buddy in the Tombstone Marshalls, very quiet Dept, 11 arrests in a six month period, IIRC.

Mas will be making an announcement about the class soon. I'm going to nail down the range this week.
The two are Sierra Vista range, new classroom going up, great facilities and wonderfrul folks. Hotel prices in Sierra Vista tend to be pretty good and no one here is afraid of guns.
Pima County range at fairgrounds, new classroom going up, great facilities, and also wonderful folks. Tucson hotels are not so gun friendly.
I'll get prices this week, compare them and make the decision by a week from now.
So far without advertising we have 7 signed up.
Assistant instructors will be.
Gail Pepin, LFI IV grad
Dan Southard, level three LFI Grad.
Fiddletown, attorney and 2 time LFI Grad.
Kate Kroeger, level three LFI grad.
Phil Wong, LFI Grad, well known Tucson Instructor.
BikerRn, LFI Grad, Federal LEO.

We have finalized with the Sierra Vista range. Sierra Vista is Ft. Huachuca. One hour from Tucson. The range is 20 minutes from Tombstone, 15 minutes from Sierra Vista, 15 minutes from Bisbee on Hiway 90. It is a new range and the coalition of gun clubs has bent over backwards to assist Mr. Ayoob to make this a success. The range will have a new classroom ready very soon.
