MEDICARE PREMIUM INCREASE

For those of you who are on Medicare, read the article below. It is about the monthly amount of money you are going to pay in Medicare premiums in 2011, 2012 and the huge increase you will pay in 2013. It's a short but important article:

Congress will not allow an increase in the social security COLA ( cost of living adjustment ); however, the per person monthly Medicare insurance premium will be increased from the 2009 premium of $96.40 to $104.20 in 2012, $120.20 for the year 2013 AND increases to a wonderful $247.00 in 2014. Thank You Obamacare!

Congress also gave themselves a $3,000 a month Cost of Living Adjustment !

I find myself Snope/ing alot more these days myself on emails before I pass them on.I do not like the guy but will not take part in in smearing him I think he does it quite well between the telepromonter and lies he puts out himself.Do have a preference Ed Snopes/Factcheck?

I'm not Ed but I do use Snopes, about.urbanlegends.com and in the past I've used factcheck. For computer related alerts the Computer Emergency Response Team at www.us-cert.gov/ has been useful but is a more technical resource.

I never have used factcheck seems I heard it maybe??Alot of BS conjured up out there and I bet those guys stay busy.

Most email SPAM I go right to Snopes for verification. I have both FactCheck.org and PolitiFact.com as bookmarks but more often then not I read them periodically at my leisure, not to look up specific facts. In this case however I didn't find anything in Snopes so I just did a GOOGLE search and it took me to FactCheck.
