More Warming Spin

The reporting since Climategate has undergone some changes. In the past the story would have opened with dire predictions of a global disaster. Today they have to dig for crap like this. In reality much of California has been well below average all summer. Sacramento area temperatures usually run in the high nineties to low hundreds with extreme temperatures reaching one hundred and ten. This summer has been in the nineties with a few days not getting out of the eighties. The Blythe weather station cited below is in the desert in eastern Riverside county near the Arizona border. Possibly the only place in the state that experienced a heatwave.

All 50 States See Record Highs in July
Preliminary data show that 2,712 high-temperature records were either tied or broken in July, compared with 1,444 last year, according to the NCDC. At least one weather station in all 50 states set or tied a daily high temperature record at some point during July.

Two weather stations tied for the hottest temperature recorded during July. The Blythe station in Riverside County, Calif., and the Gila Bend station in Maricopa County, Ariz., both hit 120 degrees Fahrenheit (48.9 degrees Celsius) in July.

If this is so odd (Global Warming) then why, in many cases, did records get broken many, many years ago?

It's all B/S as far as I'm concerned.

Check out to see who is going to profit while we "try" to reduce global warming.
