I got a news alert over my I phone about this. No info on who the assaulted is .... apparently Ms. Perrete is playing it very close to the chest.

Well, there were rumors that Cote de Pablo (Ziva) was written out because of issues between her and Harmon...

On the other hand, given that CBS--hell, Network TV in general--tends to treat female cast as "interchangeable pairs of mammary glands," I suppose it shouldn't be surprising. Then again, Hollywood is a culture that institutionally protects rapists and child molesters, so...

FYI, Ms. de Pablo was more likely "written out" of NCIS because she was making more money from her singing career than she ever made playing "Ziva".

IF a person believes 0.01% of what is broadcast about such issues, they will be correct >99% of the time. = Sadly, THE NATIONAL INQUIRER is TRUTHFUL more often than most of the "network news" is.

Per comment from Ms. dePablo she was getting more airtime, but less money than she felt was reasonable. Pay level was Harmon, Weatherly, everybody else.

She didn't renew the contract. Simple.
