... but I've had a few over the years. Far & away the best of the bunch was a Franchi Alcione 12g o/u. The others were a Central Arms 12g double (trade name of W.H. Davenport Firearms Company on
shotguns made for the Shapleigh Hardware Company of St. Louis, Missouri), Columbia Ejector 12g single ('nuther trade name, probably made by HC Squires Co.), Hawthorne Viking (Wards, probably Mossberg), an old Ithaca hammerless 12g double, a Stevens 311 .410 double, a Remington 1100 20g, Rossi 12g double Coach gun, and a Savage M24 .22 mag over .410.
