Hi, saw this forum and thought I would sign up. I like the outdoors, (and the indoors) and I like to shoot. I have a few military antique rifles, and a few naughty looking rifles that shoot 762x 39 and 762 x 51, along with several handguns.
I work on auto transmissions if anyone needs any advice, I may be able to give some assistance.
 Mike, Welcome aboard. If all else fails while working on those transmissions I hear that with the right ammo selection you can work wonders on them with those naughty looking rifles. :m16:
Welcome, Mike - I've got some old Jeeps, so I always have transmission questions. Welders are genetically incapable of dealing with things that have more than 2 moving parts
Why does my Subaru tranny suck more than a collapsing star? Sorry, I'll be a little more specific. When I accelerate it seems to stay in gear too long, generating something that feels like torque steer and when it finally shifts it does so pretty abruptly and the car veers in the opposite direction of the torque steer.
I know that is a crappy description but I don't know how else to describe it.
