Friends,

An old classmate called me this afternoon & said that she had inherited her uncle's Model 94 Winchester in .30-30.
He bought the rifle & passed away soon after without every firing it even once.

Do any of you care to guess a FAIR MARKET VALUE for the saddle carbine in NOS condition??

She wants to sell the rifle, as she neither hunts nor wants the rifle.

Seems prices in this area are around $500 to $600 but they are all used guns, not new old stock rifles.

'94's made from '69-'79 are the least desirable of all '94's, so I would start at $850 if it has the box and the hang tags and everything. If no hang tags, then $750 and work from there.
