Not sure if this will stand, there is still the whole Court and the Supreme Court down the pike, but this is an interesting one.

The Ninth Circuit just had a Three Judge Panel rule that California Magazine Capacity restrictions are Unconstitutional.

Makes me wonder if it has an immediate effect, including in other states? (I can wish.)

Color me cynical, but unless Roberts is neutralized first via forced resignation from his travels on Epstein's pedo-plane, we don't want this hitting SCROTUS.

Current court: 4 D's grant Cert, Roberts joins them, Klinton Klips law-of-land everywhere forever.

Assuming that we get to replace RBG with ACB and Gorsuch and Kav vote right: 5 R's vote right, Roberts votes with the majority to make it a 6-3, assigns himself the Majority Opinion and neuters it so it's bull-tits useless. Something like "you can have 'em but you have to register each and every one" or some such BS to say that while THAT ban is struck down others might not be.

I would not trust anyone on this Court except Thomas and maybe Alito if they offered to let me strap then into a polygraph and an electric chair cross-wired together for an immediate Extra Crispy at the first lie.

I said he is not known in Delaware for having a predilection for 8-12 year old girls and is known for taking the train home every night for 30 years to be with his family.
