This report describes a possible "Drying up" of civilian fuel supplies in North Korea. The report says this could be due to China cutting off fuel shipments to the North Koreans, but I see another possibility, which may be wrong but certainly bears consideration. Were I the North Korean leadership, and of the mind that a fight was coming, whether I was going to launch a strong move to initiate that fight or not, diverting such civilian fuel stocks as I could to military reserves would be something I'd be doing. As such, this really gets my attention.
