The Obama administration has ended public input for a federal strategy that could prohibit U.S. citizens from fishing some of the nation's oceans, coastal areas, Great Lakes, and even inland waters.

Just what is it this guy is not going to try to get done for the uber Left of this country??This is suppose to maybe occur by executive order and while they state the people have an input like the health POS they do not listen.I at times get this feeling that the people of this country need to storm Wasington itself  .This idea of reconciliation for the health bill what is to say that it cannot be applied to gun owership? or whatever else they do not like?

Typical, he doesn't fish, nor do many of his cronies, so eliminating it wo0n't be noticed. Perhaps we should do the same with basketball? Think of the energy savings of not having to illuminate courts at night. The savings in carbon foot-print for not having vehicles and aircraft dedicated to the sport, the lighting in the arenas, and the waste of news media coverage on the thugs and their criminal activities. Not to mention the monies saved by removing the attendance fees, salaries, and legal fees engendered by their antics.

THAT would enable Obama's dreams of saving the Earth much more quickly than the sport-fishing market overnight disappearance globally.

So right to both of you.I was talking to one of my customers who is now living back on the beach and he had the same sentiment as I "march on Washington before the election of 2010".I am telling you that the people of this country are a pot of water on high and it is about to go off!

I would include the "Death Tax" too. For so long has this institutionalized theft of personal property been permitted. It will be soon that we will see the death tax reach near 70%. On the death of anyone. A public assessor will be assigned to place a value on everything in an estate. This person is given legal access to everything and everywhere, etal of the estate (and I mean everywhere: dresser-drawers, basements, attics, barns)everwhere. The inheritor's will be subject to paying the government tax immediately. This is where the uber-rich get paid. The assessor over-estimates the value of the estate. The uber-rich flock in like buzzards and reap the rewards at a much under-valued estate sales price so the inheritor's can pay the tax or suffer crippling penalties. Its the George Sorose's and Bill Gate's (socialists) of the world who benefit from this obscene punishment the government places on the heads of its citizens. And it must be abolished.

I'm just working on my father's estate, in Maryland. It's too small for the government, so far. Neither Maryland, nor the feds, want anything, as it's well under the one million dollar mark.

Just wait until BHO's stagflation sets in.

I witnessed my grandfathers estate butchered before my fathers very eyes. Bank accounts, realestate, stocks, bonds, retirement annuities, life insurance, farm, equipment, livestock, buildings, household items, even the gold in his mouth. Kentucky is harsh to say the least. And the Feds are vicious. My dad paid the bill and it made me sick and buckled my knees to see his lose physically, emotionally and financially.
