It was suggested in the Garand forum to have a sticky note posted for a thread whereby BR Alumni members can post pictures of their "battlerifles" and not have the thread age out. One person suggested I do this for all the BR Forums, so here it is ---- Post away.

Here’s two of mine. Bottom gun is a common, garden-variety Inland. Top is an ERMA EM-1 .22 replica, a very good and fun shooter. It’s in an Italian-made A1 replica stock I bought back in the ‘80s from Numrich or Sarco or somebody (I really don’t remember). Notice that the ERMA is assembled by a screw at the rear of the trigger guard so the action has to sit a bit forward in the stock compared to a real M1A1.

*Spare mags are for show only. Due to Danish law semi-autus may only hold 2 rounds, and have mag permanently welded in place.

August 1943 Winchester (Blue Sky import) with Underwood 7-44 barrel. M2 stock which had Korean markings before I stripped off a bunch of paint, varnish and other crud.

She's not the best-looking carbine, but she can shoot!

My winchester. I just had to get a bayonet for it. I mean, the lug would of felt all lonely and unused, right??

Nicest Carbine I ever had or saw, sold for $4025.00 on Gunbroker not too long ago: Looked to be nearly unfired, absolutely correct as-issued museum grade Carbine, 4-43. Saginaw S'G' 3212890

Geeeze, Wayne, I swear my buddy here in Michigan has the twin to this gun. It's the S'G' I told you about a few months ago. Darn, now I have to take a ride and take some photos of his S'G'. He also has an mint USM3 Aerial with a leather scabbard in the factory box. You guys will simply drool over just two of the items he has, in his vast collection of many years. By the way, I was the buyer-agent for much of his collection for many moons. Traveled many miles for these collectibles, and proud of it.
