OK, another computer problem. My son installed a copy of Windows '97 Professional so I could write real nice letter [read to make me look like I know what I'm talking about]. Trouble is it had Microsoft Office in there somewhere and it wants to override my Outlook Express e-mail program. If I double click on a highlighted e-mail to reply or just for info, it tries to use Outlook instead of Outlook express, and that wants me to create a new path and I just don't care for that There has go to be a disabler in there somewhere to correct this problem but I can't find it and that PMO. HELP!
i had a similar problem- what i did was unload office, and then reload it, but left out the outlook portion- that way it faults to outlook express- you'll see the options when you load - what you want is the custom installation- then go in and ck only the items you want
