Hey guys I’m new into shooting and I stumbled across these rounds they don’t have the caliber stamp on them but they seemed to be sized around a 308 but I’m looking for 7.62 nato is this one of the rounds R.P BR REM

Evidently Remington at one time manufactured a line of Bench Rest ammunition (this would be for precision target shooting). This ammo has a headstamp almost identical to the one you show; however, all the references and images I can find have the caliber stamped as well:
