Okay, bought some XS Express Sights for my AK, both front and rear. The front is a big dot sight and comes with it's own windage drum. Also got a sight tool, one that kinda looks like a C-clamp that you can use on both the front sight post and the windagw drum.

Now, it looks like I would remove existing post and drift the windage drum out, and install the new one in reverse order. Am I missing anything? (Sure wouldn't be the first time!)

And any tips on the rear sight? I saw a couple of YouTube videos on removing the rear...one guy just uses a flat head screwdriver, aligns it with the groove in the sight blade at the rear, places the upturned blade of the flathead down so it touches the leaf spring. He puts a washcloth over the sight, pops the the screwdriver handle with his hand, and off it comes. Sound do-able?
