Socialism, Antifa and Maybe "Civil War" II

Fortunately the FBI are expert at short stopping terrorists.
We may not like the spying and surveillance of ordinary Americans, but it does keep the foreign terrorist down.

Any imports paid for by wealthy Lefties will not get far, and they themselves would be quickly caught.
It's near impossible to spend that kind of money and not be found out these days.
Due to the risks of that, few if any wealthy American lefties will chance loosing the good life in prison.

I suspect any real Lefty "war" will be 60's style riots and terror attacks by bombings and shooting at the police by tiny groups of crazies.
Due to them not living in the Real World, they tend to be pretty incompetent at effective violence, and have trouble keeping their mouths shut, which makes it easier to be identified.
Once ID'd they become hunted like animals and are too busy running to be very effective.

The major reason why it won't go past this is that America simply doesn't support that kind of violence by any radical group.
To be effective they need either to be able to hide in a general population which supports what they do, or to be able to terrorize people into remaining silent.
Neither is possible in the USA.
Even the general harder Left won't actively aid and support that level of violence. They may sympathize, but will not get involved in any major amount because they too have too much to loose, ie the good life.

When they see their radical friends laying shot dead in the street by the police or seeing them getting 20 to life in prison, their feet tend to get rather cold and they suddenly have other things to do to keep the good life flowing.

Again, it probably isn't going to be pretty but it will be very small scale and in limited areas few of us will ever visit.
In order to have another civil war it would take a LOT more then the relatively tiny handful who may try violence.
This isn't the South in 1861 and there aren't enough of them.

This is not to say that it won't be pretty, and it may really outrage and anger most Americans for a time, but it isn't going anywhere.
Funny thing about America. When Americans have had enough, things tend to get taken care of due to popular demand.

America got tired of the 60's and early 70's radicals.
Where are they now?

Pardon me for pointing out that the FBI didn't catch the Muslim terrorists that crashed airliners into the Twin Towers in NYC, the airliner that the passengers "forced down" at Shanksville PA or the Pentagon, nor did they catch the Boston Marathon bombers (though they had been watching them for MONTHS) nor did they catch any number of other crazies before they did their evil deeds.
(I'm NOT "a great admirer of" the FBI.)

I fear that what I said about hired terrorists/mercenaries is just as likely in the future as that there will be NO such "hiring of terrorists/criminals" by the FAR LEFT & USA-HATING elite. = ALL that it will take is ONE such RICH lunatic to pay for such a horror story (with a pile of untraceable cash, paid overseas) being visited upon the innocent.
(IF that one leftist does pay for a terrorist incident, he surely won't tell anyone, presuming that he wants to escape punishment.)

To my personal knowledge, we have yet to actually catch/try/punish anyone who paid the suicide bombers in any nation, despite the best efforts of the Armed Forces, federal LE agencies, the Mossad and/or any other foreign force.
(In point of fact, not even the BOMB-MAKERS are almost never caught/punished/killed & the bomber is usually dead.)

A Portland, Oregon, food cart has been forced to close, according to its owners, after an employee was threatened and mocked by "abolish ICE" activists.

The Happy Camper food cart, owned operated by Scott and Julie Hanks of Portland, is being forced to close after their 21-year-old daughter, Brianna, - who works at the food cart - was allegedly targeted and threatened by illegal alien activists nearby with an "abolish ICE" camp site.

For weeks, illegal alien activists have taken over the sidewalk and roadway to protest the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. The activists are demanding that the local Portland ICE office be shut down, though police have ordered the activists to shut down the camp site.

The Happy Camper food cart serves food to the public and gives the profits towards helping the homeless in the Portland area. Now, the owners of the food cart are saying they are having to close down shop after Brianna was threatened and followed by abolish ICE activists after she sold an ICE employee food.
