That's not a Sabrina at all.
A full Sabrina is when the gun is held, muzzle skyward, in front of the face, with both hands. A half Sabrina is the same thing, with 1 hand, as pictured.

Looks more like a half Curly Bill.

As for the finger, is that smoke near the barrel? Did he just fire that gun?

The news commie obviously missed the point. Rick Perry was pointing out that Cuomo would like to have TX employment numbers, instead of being a disaster state with more moochers than producers.

Methinks that the current governor wants to be the new Presidernt of the RoT & a lot (and ever-growing number) of us hope that he IS one day.
