I have a better idea: Let's BAN every SELF-important, arrogant, busybody & "public nanny wanna-be" from every "position of public trust", starting with SECNAV.
(Firing just one "busybody" of that "elevated level" would ripple across the width/breadth of the government & DISCOURAGE others from being "politically-correct" DIM-wits.)

all it does is open another black market- everything can be bought for a price- remember mj was banned , still is and ask any nam vet what happened- in principle its a good idea, with all the cancer and other diseases spread by tobacco smoke and other chemicals, but impractical- which makes one wonder- what does a lot of gunpowder smoke do to your lungs?
