Senior Citizen Faces Weapons Charges

December 26, 2003 A 76-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested on weapons charges after police found guns with hollow-point bullets and military paraphernalia in his van, authorities said.

The rest of the story

He was charged with three counts of possessing "hollow point" bullets? What's up with that?

Probably happened in New Jersey. Subjects are prohibited from possessing hollowpoint bullets there.
