friends,

frankly, i haven't bought a Colt's snubnose revolver in years BUT i found an "as new" (alas, NO box or instructions. ====> the previous owner recently threw them away. he told the gunshop that "the box was dirty & a bit tattered"! = [email protected]#$%^&!) 2" Cobra, serial number 109xx, at a gunshop here in SATX.
(if i read the "serial number list" correctly, that makes it late 1951 manufacture.)

any estimates on the CURRENT value?

yours, sw

Dunno about your area, but in mine, asking price would be north of $600. Maybe WAY north. Maybe way WAY WAY north.

I literally cannot remember the last time I saw ANY Colt D-frame of any make, model, caliber, condition, generation, or age priced under $495.

Snake45,

THANKS Snake!

i'd guess that, at 450.oo + tax, i should go pick the little Colt up, huh?

yours, sw
For a minty 1951 example? :eek:mg:

What, are you still here? Why are you still screwing around on the internet? ;-)
