I have a friend who's got to sell a family heirloom Winchester rifle to meet the demands of an estate.

It's a Winchester Model 1894 in .32 Winchester Special.
Condition is "about" 85% all original external, mirror bore, nothing missing or damaged.

According to records, it was "made between 1942 and 1948"
Apparently due to the war, records from those years are unavailable.
Serial number is 13111XX.

Any idea as to the value?

I thought so too, but they make a distinction in price for earlier production. Also the .32 WS is a less desirable caliber.
