to all,

does anyone have a good idea of the value of an unmodified Model 42 Skeetgun, with solid rib in 90% condition? - it was made in 1937.
(i've been asked to re-value my skeetgun for fire/theft insurance purposes. = periodic update - a general idea is OK with the company.)

NO, it's NOT for sale, as it's the sole material thing that i have left of my uncle.

yours, sw

hairtrigger,

YEP. - i'd sooner have my uncle back to hunt/fish/camp with, though he's been gone for over 10 years now.

when i "re-did" my homeowner's insurance recently, the company insisted that i re-value all my guns. - my skeetgun is the one i had NO idea about, as i wouldn't even consider selling it.
(it's willed to my niece by description/serial number. - i'm hoping that it's "quite a while" until she receives it. = CHUCKLE.)

yours, sw
