I Missed That...
...When it was posted at the Daily Mail.
I completed my Army service at NAS Corpus Christi, sometime after the Navy's Complete Engine Repair Facility got converted into the Army Aeronautical Depot Maintenance Center. I think that I recognized a glimpse of one of the seaside hangars in one photo.
